The hotel was horrible, I was overcharged and the amount of professionalism from the general manager I would never stay there again. The parking was awful, there was holes in the parking lot. My room got changed three times and it was a horrible experience.

Hotel website said airport shuttle and free breakfast. Luckily we had a rental car because when we got there due to covid no airport shuttle or breakfast. We cancelled our last night as i had planned to return rental car night before leaving and taking shuttle to airport. Hotel needed major updating. Luckily we had 2 queen beds because my wife found some little black bugs in one of the beds. I would not stay here again.

Stay at Country Inn & Suites
The person at the front desk that checked me was not very nice. I was 25 minutes early (check-in at 3:00 pm), I got there at 2:35 pm. She gave me wrong directions to my room, which ended up being just above the front desk. And the kicker was having the front two sliding doors open and close ALL night. And of course, no breakfast and no indication on the website. I am not sure why this stay was so different from before.

Decent for the price
Was surprised to see that the room (suite) had two bathrooms, which was very convenient. Furniture was a litt dated but was usable. Was disappointed that masks weren't worn when interacting with guests but I do look forward to going back in the future.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, it was literally a five minute drive but unfortunately their shuttle is not working but I find that it’s quite deceiving in the ad to say that they do offer shuttle service so I complain to hotel.com. It’s basically a 2 Star Pl. it’s clean enough but if you add in the 30 $40 for taxis to get back-and-forth it’s really not worth it but I do want to say the night clerk Jeff was super helpful, arranging a wake up taxi and low down on the area...There’s a grocery store across the street which was very helpful and getting some salad and a meal as you can microwave it in the room because basically nothing was open

Hotel advertised shuttle service to/from airport and breakfast. When we arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, we found out they were not providing that service due to covid. We chose the hotel for that reason.
