The room was decent . The hallway had a slight odor not bad but You can smell it . That’s a deal breaker for me I hate any type of odor.Everything else was ok for me.

Needs improvement
The property as a whole is in poor condition and the past repairs and maintenance look like the management didn’t know how to get things done right. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. The computers for business use need updates. They were hard to use due to software being out of date. Don’t buy the snacks because they were way overpriced. Housekeeping never came to our room to swap out towels or make the beds. The one thing that was very peculiar was that there were nearly no cars in the parking lot and a lot of rooms were full???!!?!? Are there homeless people living in the building or something?? The pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. The restaurant was closed so I could get coffee in the morning or drinks at night! I will seek out different accommodations on my next trip in December. The one really good thing I did like was the shower. I was able to take long hot showers and the water pressure was really good and hard.

When I was checking in the couple before me was giving the Receptionist an incredibly hard time, he did not deserve that at all! Once it was my turn he did AMAZING and I just want him to know that! Keep up the great customer service and don’t let others bring you down because they don’t know how to read the fine print while booking a room... you were great! Thank you! (I didn’t catch his name but I checked in just before 5pm on Saturday. It was a young gentleman)

The bed was comfy and the front desk was helpful but the first room had no ac and the second no hot water. After the initial check in snafu all went very well. You cannot beat the location, convenience and price.

The staff and GM are great. The room was very good, bed comfortable, wifi excellent, and convenient to OHare, walking distance to two very good restaurants. Have stayed here many times over the last few years and the staff is always accommodating in every way - I can not thank them enough!

Staff was very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights - the only thing negative was our towels were not laundered during our stay. Wasn’t really a problem since it was a short stay but every other place I’ve stayed towels were laundered each day (unless you requested otherwise). Maybe it’s a Covid thing?

The property was clean, however online it says outdoor pool there’s a outside patio and it said nothing about the pool being closed or the outside patio being closed and not being able to use it. I had seven friends and coworkers that I’ve known for years that were going to come and visit me but the general manager would not open up either area for us so we had to move it to another location which was very disturbing. There was enough outside patio tables that we could have each sat at our individual table to social distance so that was very upsetting to me And kind of ruined my whole trip because I could not have my friends come there to visit me. She said you can sit in the lobby which does not make sense we would be sitting side-by-side in the lobby and outside at individual tables. Unless this is put online about the pool closed and the patio close it isn’t fair to your potential customers.
