beautiful room needs storage space
Comfy beds. Excellent staff, especially Louise! Good location but noisy on the weekend. Beautiful room less comfortable than it should be due to woeful lack of storage--no counters in bathroom (by sink or bath), no closet or drawer space (just a wire with four hangers), no suitcase stand. Inadequate reading lights by beds. Curtainless shower is a mistake. P.S. hotel entrance very hard to find!! It's not on Bold Street.

Really nice stay
The hotel is brand new and everything was spotlessly clean during the visit. I was upgraded on arrival which was nice, my room was large and very comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful- there is no lift so a lady helped me take my suitcase upstairs which was really nice. The only negatives about my experience was the jazz music from the bar below which was vibrating through my floors which was okay because it only went on until 10.30ish and there was an instance where I needed to be let in but there’s not always someone at reception (atleast when I was there). But my overall stay was enjoyable and would definitely stay again!
