This recently established property was perfect for our time in Matera. The couple who own it could not be more accommodating. They are the loveliest of people! We wish them all the best and if we ever find our way back to wonderful Matera, we will book a stay at In & Out.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay and our hosts Giuseppe and Mariella looked after us like family. They were very friendly, helpful and informative. We had free parking right outside the front door. The property was immaculate, spotlessly clean, our room was spacious. The property had been refurbished and opened 2 months ago. Breakfast had a large variety of local fresh produce with Giuseppe always on hand to make teas and coffees! The large walled courtyard is being upgraded so that guests can eat breakfast outside which is why it is called "In & out" The location is in a quiet street but barely 5 minutes walk from the main Piazza. The Sassi district only 10 minutes walk away so perfect for sightseeing. It was a pleasure talking with them even though our Italian was non existent Giuseppe speaks a little English and was very patient, recommending restaurants etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending In&Out and will definitely stay here again ourselves.

Struttura a pochi passi dai Sassi di Matera. Bellissime camere realizzate con stile e con tutti i confort possibili. L’ospitalità e l’accoglienza ricevuta ci ha fatto sentire fin da subito come a casa. Già previsto di ritornare sotto Natale.

B&B nuovo, pulitissimo e a conduzione familiare. La gentilezza e la disponibilità sono la ciliegina sulla torta di questa struttura. Semplice, ma molto curata in ogni dettaglio ci ha davvero accolti al meglio. La posizione è perfetta, molto comoda alla visita della città. I proprietari sono molto accorti nel seguire scrupolosamente le procedure anticovid e hanno convenzioni con guide locali e ristoranti. Davvero consigliato! Torneremo senz'altro!
