The person checking us in was very nice, had us in a second floor room and we requested a room on the third floor. She took us to both rooms and let us choose. The hotel was clean and room clean, the only thing that was negative was the bed size. Definitely not a queen, more like a full size. Not that comfortable to two normal sized adults.

Exceptional 10.0
Comfortable bed, attentive staff and pet-friendly!
We really appreciated the friendliness of our front desk attendant, and her immediate help with a minor TV issue. A very comfortable main drag location, yet way-off the interstate and our pets were welcome!

Eat at the Notorious PIG
We enjoyed our stay here though the room was a bit cramped and had double beds (vs. queen). Also the breakfast area was the smallest I've seen in a hotel. There was no where to sit which definitely made breakfast less enjoyable. We did use the pool and were pleased. There is a great BBQ restaurant within walking distance called the Notorious PIG and it was excellent!

Easy Upgrade
Customer service was great, had booked a room. Was not acceptable for a handicapped person. Front desk person arranged a switch to an acceptable room, transition was a breeze. Thank you

Poor 2.0
Horrible Hotel - Avoid at all costs!
Given a considerably lesser room than what was booked and paid for. Desk clerk "Cooper" claimed that there was absolutely nothing he can do. Cooper further stated that there was no manager on duty and no manager that could be contacted to resolve the problem. Room was filthy. Carpet dirty. Could hear noise from top, bottom, and sides all night. Hallway smelled like a sewer. Sketchy folks hanging out near entrances. The rep in India (?) was of no help either. My advice for travelers - stay away from Sleep Inn Missoula and avoid using 3rd party booking services like or Expedia. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
