    So convenient
We were told this hotel just opened for two months. New and clean. Well appointed room with pull-out sofa. And the location!! Step to Coca-cola world, CNN, Centennial Park and look right over Georgia Aquarium. Parked next door for overnight and saved a few bucks. The burgers down the street is very nice too - a busy place.

    Fair 4.0
We communicated a need for adjoining rooms three separate times and was told it would not be a problem, including upon checking in. After being told the second room just needed to be cleaned, it was given to someone else and no other adjoining rooms were available.

    Poor 2.0
I woke up New Year’s Eve with the flu. Between bouts of diarrhea and vomiting, I called Hotels.com and the Hyatt directly at least 6 times. I kept getting recordings at hotels.com by an Indian woman telling me that the call volume was unusually large and to call back later. And when I finally got a hold of the Hyatt, they would not cancel my room because I made it through a third-party. So Hotels.com charged me a one night stay of over $500. And the Hyatt wouldn’t do anything about it. I couldn’t travel. I was in the bathroom the whole day and night. Does that sound fair to you?

    Exceptional 10.0
Stayed one night for a game. Beds and pillows were comfortable, we couldn’t get the room cool enough. The thermostat would only go to 64 and it was still stuffy in the room with 4 of us in there. Will stay again. Easily walkable to cnn, State Farm arena, and the Benz.
