The manager was very helpful with our needs. We were here for spring training and just needed a place to shower and sleep. It did the trick. Nothing fancy, but it worked.

I liked the customer service but the place is not clean and very worn looking.smells in lobby. There are people who live long term and keep their doors open, smoke on the staircases and talk on phone. Had to call twice about issues. Bed sheets super dirty with a tear. Super flat pillows. Not a good nights rest

Quiet but, uncomfortable.
Very pleasant customer service. Easy check in and check out. Extremely quiet location. The bed had very little cushioning to it. Almost like laying on the box spring. The pillows were once pillows but, no longer. Only one in each side and they were very uncomfortable. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it even though the rooms were non-smoking. If the bed was newer this would have been a perfect room.

A basic place to sleep
The location was good. Places to eat near by. While in the room you can hear everything outside, especially at night as people come in. We stayed 2 nights, the 2nd night we kept the fan running and were able to sleep better not hearing the outside noise. The lady that checked us in was pleasant and very helpful. Even gave us a heads up that that were short staffed which is everywhere these days. However, I saw one of the housekeepers and asked if we could have a hand towel and washcloth since we only had one set. She said she'd bring it by in a few minutes and never showed up. Fortunately we were only there to sleep but there's limited tv stations, no usb ports so bring your own.
