    This is the second time in 2 months I have stayed there. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, courteous and professional. Rooms are really amazing at this price point. Parking lot is spacious and lightning is good at night. I didn't eat at the on site restaurant.

    Not a happy camper.

    The service, as always at a Hilton hotel, was outstanding. But the bed and bathroom, the 2 most important parts of any hotel room, was horrible. In 2020 not to have a soft pillow top bed is unacceptable. We slept maybe 4 hours while tossing all night trying to get comfortable. The bathroom had chipped paint falling from the ceiling. And all toilets should be chair height by now.

    The king bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and didn’t come with the same nice blanket as on the king bed. I purchased three rooms for seven people total and the 3 that had to sleep on the pull out sofa were very uncomfortable. Also only three were allowed in the gym so we never got to go. And the pool closed early so we never got to go to that either. And there was no breakfast or hot tub opened because of COVID and those were reasons I chose that hotel

    Room was clean. Temperature was comfortable. Staff was very nice. If I had to make any complaint the steps for fire escape could have been vacuumed. Only know because I would rather take the stairs to the second floor. Great location.

    Staff was super friendly and bed and pillows were really comfortable and loved that it had air vents coming out of the wall instead of the big air conditioner blowing directly on you in the bed like most equivalent hotels
