Great view from large windows, clean upon entering the room. When we arrived at the hotel more than an hour after check in opened we were told there were no clean rooms, so we sat down to wait and that they had no idea how long it would be. Another couple came in after us who became visibly angry when told there were no rooms, were upgraded and were given a room immediately. This was really strange and unfair. Poor design of the shower meant it was impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor. This meant all towels were soaked. A phone call requesting new towels was ignored and I had to call the reception again later the next day. Cheap synthetic bedding meant sleeping was sweaty and uncomfortable. The television light and embedded clock light were extremely bright and needed to be covered up at night as it wasn't possible to turn off. An expensive hotel when considering the large amount of faults.

Great location,- its right in the middle of the city. There is food, shopping and coffee alll around you. Excellent location. Very nice staff, clean facility and good beds!

Their location is terrible! Very hard to find their location. I was walking around and took one hour to reach there. They said 10 minutes from the Central station.

It clearly says it has the gym but the lady at the reception said none of the equipment has arrived so they obviously have no gym at the moment.
