While I accept that Circus Circus is an older building, there are some glaring maintenance and upgrade issues that should be address. It is also quite insulting that they are attempting to charge a premium for their renovated rooms.

Don't appreciate the surprise fees I had to pay when I arrived. I thought I had paid my stay in full when I booked but when I checked in I was charged an additional $100 and the way the clerk did it was sneaky. She asked for the card I used to book than ran it while telling me this is an additional charge for whatever bull they made up. Didn't give me a chance to think about what she was doing or to say no. Don't think I'll use hotels.com if I'm going to be charged extra from the hotel. Not worth it.
