The Row is almost dead. Within the Casino it was al.ost impossible to het drinks most testurants and bars are closed. They do not d have maid service rooms get no service during your stay. Prices did not go down but service is none existing. Please dont waste your time and money.

Circus Circus hotel rooms were actually closed due to Covid-19 but the contacted us and explained our rooms would be with Silver Legacy. Smooth transition and with no problems. Staff was very nice and informational.

After getting all of our bags and getting our family with young children to the lobby desk, we were told the hotel rooms were closed down and we'd been reassigned to another hotel. No explanation, hardly any apology, and we're extremely confused why a phone call or even an email couldn't have let us know before we got there. There was plenty of time to notify us.

I booked our stay long before the pandemic; booked the least expensive run of the house room for myself and two kids. I was pleasantly surprised that, since Circus Circus was still closed, we had been upgraded to a luxury queen room at the Silver Legacy! This was a great way to end a long road trip out camping in national parks. The room, hotel and facilities were very clean and well kept. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and actually walked us to areas we were looking for instead of simply pointing in the direction. I am very pleased with our stay!

This play was shut down / closed. Expedia excepted my reservation through there web site and didn’t notify me at all in regards to this hotel being closed . Drove 500 miles to get to circus circus in Reno to find out we didn’t have a place to stay . I feel like Expedia needs to call and explain to me why this happened and give us a refund . Very disappointed with this company and will also be filing a bbb complaint.
