Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel
Good hotel, clean and efficient personal. Room is comfortable but should have a walking shower instead of the bath. Great location from/to airport and tram way stop to the city centre is very close.

Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel
We stayed in Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel 8 years ago and had a marvellous experience. Therefore, when we had the opportunity to stay there again, we were delighted. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. On arriving at our room (801) we swiftly realised that it was extremely noisy, practically on the road. We were still looking around when 2 work men arrived at the door to do something in the room. When they went, I rang reception to see if we could change the room as it would have been impossible to sleep. The receptionist was extremely rude and said there was nothing wrong with the room and they were far to busy to deal with it, we had to pick up our bags again and go out in the rain and across to reception. We were given another room with 2 single beds with no apology for the disruption. The rest of our stay was very nice but it ruined the experience.

Good stay
We spent one night at Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had an executive room in the annex. The room was very spacious and the lounge had good snacks in the evening.

Great hotel
About 25 minute walk to the city centre , 10 minutes to Wien Mitte train station. So the location may not be for everyone. This is a great hotel however. you feel looked after.
