Okura hotel
It is a very beautiful hotel and incredibly service orientated! Carpets are a bit older but truly the only fault that I could speak of. I would definitely recommend business travelers for this hotel, vacationers with children possibly somewhere else.

Still good - but...
A nice hotel but mind the construction work. The Main building is no longer there but will open next year. This means it is frequently fully booked and room requests for double beds etc is not always available

Tokyo Tradition
Okura is a quintessential Tokyo establishment. Having lived in Japan for a long time, returning to this hotel that we loved was great.

Still as elegant as you remember
Elegant, charming, wonderful bed, great amenities and spa with huge pool and onsen. The sushi chefs are masters. The Hotel Okura personifies “grand hotel” and does things right. I stayed in the South Wing - a new tower is being built in advance of the Olympics.
