Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel!
Ana at the restaurant bar was excellent. She made the best drinks we had in all of Ireland. Luv her!! Bathroom was spectacular. Room looked new! Loved the hotel!

Simple yet tasteful
Lovely hotel, simple decor, yet tasteful. Room at the back had no view, but it was completely quiet (rooms over looking the river are not). Hotel is situated in nice area, plenty of places to eat nearby (next Holland & Dollard especially good). Good hotel to commute to as nearby Luas (tram) and on a bus route. Funnily I found the reception area, despite the excellent staff, to be very cold. I had stopped for a coffee, but an unlit fire and chill sweeping through made me change my mind. Needs to be more welcoming on a day of lashing rain.

Loud and Hot
Windows were un-openable because of a neighbouring outdoor disco bar which operates until 3.30 am and rooms don’t have air con!! Was moved to a quieter room the next night but missed my appointment the first morning because of the lack of sleep!!! Staff were pleasant and understanding in dealing with it but the hotel is taking advantage by putting people in the rooms adjacent to the neighbouring disco bar. Air con in rooms is a must in a city.

Very central so great for shopping and a night out. In Temple Bar area so don’t expect peace and quiet. Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Poor 2.0
Very disappointed in my stay! For a hotel that classes itself as high rate. The first room I was put into had issues with power and lights flashing making hissing sounds. Member of staff came up said it was fine. I asked to be moved. Got moved to a room next to a outside bar that did not close till 3:30am so no sleep! Not even a welcome bottle of water. Ordered room service and 6 euro charge, turned up cold unable to eat. I paid 18 euro for that little extra! Would not be making my way back. So many other hotels within the city that offer so much better client service.
