Nice hotel.
This is a very nice hotel and conveniently located to all attractions in downtown DC. The restaurant staff could benefit from customer service training and the food could be better especially for the price. The free coffee on the second floor was nice. Suggestion, move the coffee condiments away from the coffee machines to expedite the process.

At first when I first arrived the room I was assigned to was not clean at all. But I went back down to the desk,and told them what happened. I was reassigned to a better room. I was only there for one night,but the bathrobe and just the feel of it. Reminded me of being in a spa I enjoyed my self. All by myself, the tv had a Star Wars marathon on and I went to target grabbed a quick facial kit and relaxed for the entire night. I really enjoyed myself and I told the clerk downstairs that I did. She recommended that I tell my experience to the front desk next time I visit ,so I can get a similar experience. As along as my room is clean I will be back for a stay at the Phoenix Park Hotel. By the way in the picks that was the first room which was not cleaned.

The Phoenix Park Hotel was wonderful! Staff was extremely courteous and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. Located right across from Union Station, it is great for those arriving or departing by train or bus. Would definitely stay here again!
