Always a pleasure
This is one of 4 hotels I stay at when I’m in the city. It’s always good when I stay here. It was a little crowded than usual, but I assume it was due to the rally that was this weekend.

Great find! Will return!
Short family trip, for White House tour and sightseeing. Clean room & bathroom. Hotel staff very nice. Free coffee. Hotel restaurant, The Dubliner, is great. Staff is awesome and food is great!

Weve stayed at the Phoenix Park several times before and always look forward to our return. Very friendly and professional staff make us feel both welcome at at home. Easy walk to Amtrak makes for seemless connect to our preferred mode of transportation. Very tastefully and comfortably decorated, rooms are always fresh and stylish even in a small space. Better yet, affordable. Will surely stay here again...and again....

Excellent hotel. However, I would recommend blackout curtains for the rooms, as the evening lighting is too bright.

Great stay for the day
I enjoyed the upgrade to my room and the upper floor views! I faced the Union Station and found the view to be beautiful at night. The complimentary bag with my name embossed on a personalized letter was the right touch along with water and cookies after a long trip. It is next to the Metro and is a quick walk to the Capital. It is in the view upon exiting the hotel. The Dubliner burgers are a must try!! Even with COVID-19, the numerous sanitizing stations and amenities still gave you the upscale experience one truly desires.

Not bad...
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that. he room was a bit smaller than I imagined. That didn't bother us at all. It seems they are due for another update. Our shower clogged up on the first shower...that didn't just happen. Had to be clogged up prior and housekeeping would have caught that upon cleaning. Someone from maintenance had to come and repair. The shower needs a good scrub and the rust issue needs to be addressed.

The Phoenix real review
The hotel room was good. I wish they had breakfast available though. It’s ok that we would have had to pay for it but it just wasn’t even available. The waters in the room should not cost $5. They should be free. Also, the $50 hotel accidental fee shouldn’t take 3 or 5-10 days to be credited back to someone’s account. Other than those, my hubby and I loved the room!
