Pleasant
It was pleasant. My wife and I loved the hotel and its location. The king suite was smaller than I would have thought and with no microwave or other amenities to be called a king suite is a bit overstated. Overall I would stay there again because of its cleanliness and area.

Really loved the staffs especially Janice who coordinated some of our visits in the area. It is in a nice area close to everything. However, the room are somewhat on the small side....but clean

Modern Amenities with Old Time Charm
Great place to stay in one of DC's finest and well maintained old time hotels. Great location at the corner of Massachusetts Ave and North Capitol Street. Very convenient and walking distance to Union Station, Capitol, Supreme Court and Library of Congress. Like all old time hotels, the rooms are tight but filled with modern amenities. - Love Staying here and the price for DC is very reasonable.

Comfy, clean & close to the Union Station!
From check-in to check-out A+. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. Great, nicely decorated rooms with no carpet - love it! We got a room with a view opposed to a quieter room and it was nice to have the windows, but it may have been alitte quieter since it is a busy city street. Very happy with our visit & will be back when we take the Amtrac as it is a 5 minute walk. Their are quite a few homeless people on this walk, so be prepared.

Would stay again!
I enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix. The only things I would change are: 1. there needs be be more hooks or a towel rack in bathroom, and 2. the room is really dry - needs some type of humidifier.

Exceptional 10.0
Other than having park a block away in a offsite garage it was cozy. A lil smaller than what we are use to but it was very cozy, comfy, very clean and respectful. Big on Covid-19 regulations. I like that there are sanitary wipes outside every elevator so you dont have to touch any buttons.
