Modern and Clean. Great Location.
The location is AMAZING. The apartment was clean and spacious. The train station and any bus you could need is literally across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. You can see the castle from your room, and your room from the castle. The communication was not perfect. I tried communicating by email but didn’t hear back because their messages went to spam. I had to bite the bullet and pay for an international call to reach them. Once I did, check in was easy. The one big con is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable. Could not sleep on it. The couch was good though. There is no TV in the bedroom, but the one in the living room was easy to use. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The bathroom could use a couple more towel hooks and a shelf inside the shower. A couple guys walked into our room while we were there. The office called to apologize and said it was someone from their staff. Not a problem, but an email would have been better then a phone call. The staff on the phone and in the office (where we stored luggage) were helpful and friendly. There is no air conditioning but the windows open enough to let in air and keep it comfortable. This was even during warm weather in June. The streets we’re being steam cleaned one night, which was a bit noisy but not terrible. Except for the bed, which is a pretty big problem, I would recommend this place. The location really was excellent and the space was modern and clean.

Great!
Comfortable, clean, easy walking distance for many attractions and shopping. Very near Waverley railway station. Nice to have a sofa to sit on, fridge to keep drinks cold.
