Presidents Day Get-Away
I enjoy staying at this hotel because it has great city views, if you can get the higher floors and is close (enough) to all the attractions. Front desk was super accommodating and gave me a higher floor my second day. One small issue I have is if you're going to have a hotel with "city" views, you got to get those windows cleaned. Stayed here in Jan too and in each of the 3 rooms, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned since pre-covid. The rooms are starting to show their age a little as well.

They changed my reservation without notice.
They switched my reservation to a smaller suite with out notofying me. The 1st room they put me in had two lamps that didnt work, leaving the room very dark. I went downstairs to inform the staff. While there i explained to them that they assigned me to the wrong room. I paid for a junior suite and they placed me in a studio. After some back and forth with the staff, he went to the back room. He came back out a few minutes later and apologized for the inconvenience. He then offered to move me into the correct suite that i originally paid for. Once i was finally able to check in to the right room and get settled, i was already frustrated by the ordeal. My night was finally started an hour after my original check in.
