Room was spacious and comfortable, but service was not great. There was a party on my floor (annoying, not safe during a pandemic, but not the hotel's fault) - I slept through it, until the front desk called me twice at 12:15 am. They woke me up to ask me to quiet down?? I told them it was not my room and they didn't believe me and scolded me! Since the noise didn't stop, they came up to investigate and then knocked on the right door down the hall from me. I'm sure noise complaints from guests are annoying, but surely there has to be a better way than to call random rooms until you get a loud one? There are signs up all over requiring masks, but ~half of the guests I saw in common areas (including elevators!) were not wearing them. There are 2 elevators for 6 floors of 20+ rooms so a lot of traffic in them. I didn't feel very safe and was very glad to get out of there in the morning.

Room was pretty clean. Could of been a bit cleaner. Fixtures, lights, tub etc. were dated but functional. Beds were very clean & comfortable. They had all of the covid procedures in place & kept people distanced.

My overall stay was ok. I’m traveling for work and needed a microwave, refrigerator, and laundry facility. Well my room didn’t have a microwave and after two days of trying to get one they finally changed my room. The washer don’t work and they don’t know when it will be fix. So I’m forced to go to another hotel that has the amenities I need. Most of the staff is friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay and the facility was very clean, as well as everyone following safety guidelines. My only and I do mean only complaint is the very rude housemaid/housekeeper, she was extremely disrespectful, other than that; it was a great experience for me! (11/18/2020)
