Not terrible but won’t go back.
Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Different answer from everyone on every issue. Went with friends who have stayed often. They said gone downhill. We were not impressed.

Nice room, everything else was decidedly average
Not a great start when we stood waiting to check in while 4 staff members ignored us, discussing IT problems. Even when one deigned to help us she kept breaking off to join in the conversation again. Nice room, but there are no sockets anywhere near the beds which is annoying for charging phones. Lighting is quite harsh. Room in good condition, very clean. Good curtains black out all light. Cooked breakfast was good but the continental buffet was a bit miserable. Very soggy, grainy fruit salad . One option of dried fruit. No pieces of fruit, bananas etc. One type of cheese, one sliced meat. Very small dry pastries. No variety of breads.

Very friendly staff
Had a nice stay here with very friendly staff . The foyer and entrance rooms are lovely. The breakfast was very enjoyable too . Unfortunately we were allocated a very noisy room by the generator which we asked to change, then given a suite which was an improvement but I would say that the rooms are a little bit tired and could do with a revamp .
