So bad
When we came at 23.00 with our tired small children the guy in the reception said that there was no room available. We explained that we already paid through hotels.com. Than after a few minutes another man comes and say that he can fix a room, but it cost the double of the price we where promised. We want back to Sarajevo and tried to find another hotel instead. So unserious.

ottima struttura di recente costruzione, personale simpatico, camera spaziosa. Naturalmente è possibile migliorare ancora ma sono sulla strada giusta. Sicuramente molto meglio di altri hotel visitati in precedenza sul luogo. Tornerò sicuramente per vedere i miglioramenti.
