Great space!
I think this place was an amazing use of space! Very comfortable had just what we needed. Was asked by the amazingly friendly front staff if I wanted to be near or away from elevator. Have never been asked that and chose away so I could sleep without the coming and going in the elevator. My only complaint is the blinds did not darken the room so the city lights brightened the room and sleep was tough. Over all would come back again!

I had a great 2 nights at Motto. One thing though, would have been nice to have at least complimentary coffee in the morning. It was near everything and the views were great. The hotel was very fashionable and well organized.

Great Crew
The young people who work there are delightful. Of note is: Ryan, the manager, Mary & Isabella at the front desk, the girls at the front in the restaurant , the waiters, ( downstairs) & even the young man who brought up a iron, ironing board & small towels. Great crew. However, sice Expedia took over Hotels.com they have messed up the booking dates. I came in on the on the 15th which I booked but somehow, Hotels.com had me for an earlier date & the MOTO had me as a no-show. This also happened to another couple that booked through Hotels.com. My husband & I have booked hotels all over the world for many years with Hotels.com & this is the first time this has happened. I am a little wary of using Hotels.com until I know there will not be an error in booking.
