Well to start off, we had to wait over 40 minutes to check in. They had no one available. After taking a shower, the bathroom stunk. It smelled like sewer problem.

The Hyatt Place is a great home away from home! Great location, clean, friendly, and comfortable! The beds are comfortable and I so needed a good night sleep. Also the rooms are spacious and the is affordable! The best part is it didn’t have that hotel smell! If you’re looking for satisfaction in a hotel I would recommend this hotel in any city it’s available! I will stay here whenever I am visiting my daughter.?Thank you Hyatt Place!!!👏👏

The staff was friendly and helpful. Wish there was more choices for breakfast. The same thing for 3 days straight was a little disappointing. Room was clean and nice.

Went for business and was my first time traveling since Covid shutdowns. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great from High Point and the airport. Many food locations within walking distance.

Not great during Covid. No cleaning service during our 10 day business trip, no matter how much we asked them to please make an exception because of the duration of our stay. Some of the personnel in the lobby was very nice, while some of it was just adequate.

Our first room we walked into reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector was disabled. The second room I didn’t even it make in. Our neighbors already and their music blaring and yelling at 530/6 pm. I have two children, one is under 2. I wasn’t going to battle neighbors and try get a child to sleep. The staff couldn’t refund because we booked third party. So we walked away and drove back home. Waiting to hear from the hotel on a refund.
