We had a great stay and were impressed by the service. We were leaving very early in the morning to catch a flight, and regardless of how early you can get breakfast.

OK for a short stay
Good location: close to central station and city centre. Big parking area next to the hotel. Quick check-in and check-out, friendly and helpful personnel. Single room is of decent size for one person, with modern, but not particularly practical furniture. This room is facing another near standing building. Windows were very dirty from outside, torchiere lamp not functioning, shower holder is half broken. Cleaning is every 4th day or by personal request to the reception. And unfortunately, there is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room. Breakfast is standard basic, the same every day. On plus side meatballs and beans are served. Coffee should be improved, tasted just bitter most of the days. Breakfast area is spacious and comfortable to be in. Big minus is a surveillance camera in that area. Summary: the hotel seems to be quiet OK, but lacks services.

Nice hotel, Bad room
The hotel itself is very nice but the room I stayed was not good. I chose the cheaper couples room and it was very small (including the double bed) and there was no air conditioning, which was not pleasant at all even for a not very warm swedish summer.

Near to the Central Station as well as the central shopping area. Was there over the Christmas holiday, city is very quiet with only a small number of shops open. Staff is very helpful, and hotel has video games available to play :)

Its our second time staying here. It’s perfect location, very close to the train station and to downtown. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is amazing. Always fresh. I’ll stay here again. The only negative thing is there is no closet or dresser to put your clothes in in the room. Only a little spot to hang a couple of hangers on. Definitely need something for your clothes. Also no iron in the room:( Great Hotel👍👍👍
