Serenade to Serenada
Good location, just a short stroll to the main strip. Access into the complex is via a secured gate which promotes the sense of security. There are very few facilities on the complex just a swimming pool. On arrival the bungalow was found to be very clean. The appliances included; hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster coffee machine, juicer iron and washing machine, in the lounge was a TV. The bedroom window had a reflective curtain which doubled as a blackout blind at night along with the curtains. All in all quite impressive for the amount paid. On the downside, in our 7 day stay we had only 1 visit from maid service therefore only 1 change of towels etc. I would have expected more. The pool area was well kept and very clean, during our visit there were few takers for the sun loungers, fortunately as there we not many, approx 20 in total.

We found Bungalow Serenada to be the quite secure haven off the main straight we needed. The place is tired as previous reviews have said but we found no fault in the cleanliness of the apartment, pool and grounds thanks to their excellent cleaner and groundsman. The management team were quick to re accommodate us when the aircon was found to be faulty. Jose and his command of english was very helpful in assisting us with arrival info via WhatsApp and made sure we had a changing bungalow for our late departure. Would book again. .

In due settimane di permanenza non abbiamo ricevuto il cambio della biancheria da letto. Poiché avevamo il volo in tarda serata, circa una settimana prima abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di poter effettuare un late check-out, e ci è stato comunicato che non vi era alcun problema, ci saremmo semplicemente dovuti recare la mattina alle 10/10:30 in reception per un cambio di chiavi. La mattina del check out veniamo svegliati alle 7:00 dai signori delle pulizie che attuano movimenti bruschi adiacenti Alla finestra della camera da letto. Costretti così a svegliarci prima del tempo, ci prepariamo per poterci avviare al cambio camera. Neanche il tempo di aprire la porta ed iniziare a portarci avanti con una parte di bagagli in auto che mi ritrovo in casa i signori delle pulizie. Andiamo in reception e chiediamo così le chiavi di un altra abitazione così come da accordi, ma non vi sono camere disponibili e non vi è stata alcuna preoccupazione per risolvere il disagio a noi creato, costringendoci così a cambiarci e attendere in strada.
