Excellent Staff
An excellent hotel in a very good location close to bars and restaurants. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and incredible value. What sets this hotel apart is the staff who go above and beyond for their guests. This hotel is very lucky to have such wonderful people working there. Would highly recommend staying here

2 days in Tirana
Otelin genel görüntüsü güzel, konumu çok iyi. Personel yardımsever, güler yüzlü. Fakat: fiyat/performans açısından başarılı diyemem, oda temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi (yerlerde saçlar vardı muhtemelen aynı paspasla tüm otel siliniyor), kaldığımız 2 günden birinde otelin lobi kısmı kafe olarak da kullanıldığı için kahvaltıda ilgi çok zayıftı. Odalarda kettle vs yok, çay ikram ederler diye düşündük parasını ödedik :) Özetle: Çaba gösterilse çok iyi olabilecekken ancak vasat bir hizmet aldık. Aynı fiyatlara daha iyisini bulabilirsiniz.
