Very friendly and caring staff. Great location, close to major city attractions. Room was very clean - crisp, snow-white bedding and towels. I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Loved this place. Location was very good. Everything was very clean and efficient. We had an electric heater in the room that we used and worked wonderfully. I would stay there again.

My family and I stayed here while in Cusco and we really enjoyed our stay. We have 2 toddlers so we were happy to have a bathtub and the common area outside our room. Beds were comfy, service was great and the location is excellent. Staff arranged airport transportation both directions and were super helpful with luggage. I would definitely recommend Casa Biru for anyone traveling to Cusco.

The location of hotel is good as it is one block away from Plaza de Alma. all the fun stuff are nearby. However, it was noisy with a neighboring bar. 7pm-11:30pm, the loud music annoyed me with repeated 5 same songs again and again, and I could not be rested. Of course, the hotel location is prone for noise but it was shocked that the receptionist at the hotel said I should buy earplugs. Overall, it did not seem like they care guests, not much sense of hospitality. I did not receive WIFI password, location of breakfast, or smile. They were busy with construction /remodeling when I was there.

Comfortable, great location
We stayed at Casa Biru for 3 nights so that we could be close to the central plazas in Cusco and the location is fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were really lovely. The staff at the hotel was amazing and helpful and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. This is a brand new hotel and so there was some construction going on during our visit, but it did not disturb us.

Great Hotel!
This Hotel is brand new and everything about it was great! The staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out, and did everything to ensure our stay was amazing. The location is right near the Plaza (4 min walk) and there is plenty of markets and restaurants near by. The room was extremely clean with comfortable beds and plenty of room for the three of us that stayed. By far the best hotel we stayed at in Peru. Highly recommend!
