Such a lovely stay!
I booked the trip as a surprise for my fiance as its our anniversary and we're newly engaged. I informed the hotel of this and the room they put us in was lovely including the lovely little treats! The staff where all so lovely and polite and even let us leave our bags after check out so we could go out for the day before our flight. The room was spotless after every clean. There was loads of choice at breakfast especially for pastry lovers like ourselves! The rugby 7s where on in krakow and lot of teams stayed in the hotel but honestly we never had any issue with service at busy times and the rooms are really noise resistant! The hotel really made our first ever city break and we cannot thank the team enough.
