La atención al cliente es excepcional. El hostal está muy bien planeado para dar la mayor comodidad posible a sus huéspedes. Buenas cañas, limpias, con enchufes para tus celulares, buen colchón, con cortinas que te dan cierta intimidad. Baños limpios y bien dotados de lo esencial como shampoo y jabón, secadora de pelo. Las áreas comunes son muy agradables. El desayuno fenomenal. Felicitaciones.

Um hostel surpreendente
Lugar agradabilíssimo. Sempre achei que na minha idade não combinava ficar em hostel, porém venho me surpreendendo. Achei importante relatar aqui porque foi através de relatos que escolhi este hostel. Qdi cheguei fiquei meio perdida, não existe placas com nome do hostel e o acesso e no quarto andar de um prédio antigo. Muito bem localizado, no centro da cidade, próximo vários lugares e metrô, muitas lojas, restaurantes, lanchonetes, câmbios diversos. O local em si é aconchegante, muito limpo, estrutura perfeita na cozinha, não tem café da manhã porém tem todo um aparato e também oferecem cafés, chás(aconselho olhar primeiro antes de comprar, por exemplo tem água filtrada, açúcar etc). Recepção muito boa, pessoas simpáticas e solícitas. Amei estar neste hotel. Voltarei sempre.

숙소 정말 좋아요. 12인실 머물렀어요. 12인실이 풀로 다 찼음에도 불구하고, 룸이 넓어서 머무르는데 불편함 하나도 없었어요. 다른 한국인분들도 많이 계셨구요. 수압도 쎄고 따뜻한 물 정말 잘 나와요. 숙소에 정수기도 있어요! 숙소 깨끗하고 주방 식기류가 살짝 부실했지만 스텝도 다 친절하고 좋았어요. 한국인분들 중에 몇몇분 주방 사용하고 뒷처림 제대로 안 하시던데.. 다른 분들은 가시면 깨끗하게 이용하셨으면 좋겠어요! 아, 처음에 숙소 찾기가 조금 어려우실 수도 있어요. 간판이 없거든요. 건물 번호를 보시면서 찾아가세요! 12인실 방에선 와이파이가 잘 안됐어요 ㅜ
