4/10 Fair

3 stars stay
$425 per night room for family of 4 while the room was located next to a public laundry and just above the car parking. Very noisy. The 2nd day the house cleaning only taken out the rubbish and all the bathroom towels. Have to ask for replacement towels at the front desk which takes more than 2 hours. Hotel check out time was 11am but the house cleaning lady keep opening our doors to check from 9:30am. We informed her that we are checking out but she keeps opening the door every 10min to rush us out. We checked out at 10am and was not happy with this behaviour and the overall stay was not nice. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone as it’s old facilities, unfriendly staff and not clean.

2/10 Poor

Despite the property knowing I had been diagnosed with pneumonia and pleurisy and I was unable to travel, they refused any sense of compassion and refused to assist in refunding the accomodation cost, despite being one of the largest hotels in Geelong, and major hotel chain. I also understand that the hotel did not respond to who tried very hard to help me.

8/10 Very good

Geelong for the weekend
The hotel is in good condition and the staff are friendly. My biggest beef is that you have to pay for parking. This should be free considering they charge $330 per night. This is a regional city not Melbourne central.
