Everything was great. View was amazing. Staff was courteous & polite. Facilities was clean. Quiet area. It’s about 30 minutes away by train from the busy action part of the city. Room was a descent size. JR pass was helpful in a way u don’t have to buy a pass all the time.

Really enjoyed our stay. I am very please with the staff. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. As soon as you walk in the lobby you are greeted with smiling faces ready to assist you. My family was really glad that front desk person speaks english well and we are also happy for having english channels on television because our last two hotels everything was japanese channels. I also want to mentioned that i was happy that there was an nespresso machine inside the room. I really enjoy the complimentary coffee. The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was very neat and clean as well. The tiles, mirrors and the shower room was spotless. The lampshade was a little dusty but thats not a big deal. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoy our stay. Now im thinking about becoming a member of this hotel chain.

My wife and I are ecstatic about this rather new and modern hotel in a rather new built-up district adjacent to a very attractive arm of Tokyo Bay: the view from our 14th-floor room was quite memorable. (This was one of several hotels Expedia and United offered for one night as part of the round-trip airline tickets purchase, and we’re glad we selected Intercontinental Tokyo Bay for that night). The room was big enough for us and our grown son, the bathroom downright exquisite, and the TV included English-language channels. Wifi worked well, and phone/iPad charging was a snap. Breakfast was included, and my one use of room service while the other two were out was favorable. A short walk from the hotel is a stop for a new automated train line running from Shimbashi Station to the new district of Daiba with its extensive modern shopping areas and more. After check-out, the taxi ride to Haneda Airport—a $20 ride—was through near-zero traffic. I offer a high recommendation.

Very close to Ginza and Shinbashi. Hotel is a short walk away from a train station. Quiet and less touristy part of the city. Near a large and beautiful Japanese garden. Rooms are large and very comfortable. breakfast buffet has variety and quality items. Staff speak English generally and are very helpful.

We chose this hotel due to its name and reputation. We had issues starting from the time we checked into the hotel. We had made reservations with breakfast included in our price. The hotel staff did not have that in their record and I had to contest with them showing the email confirmation and asking them to call Expedia, etc. It was totally unnecessary. Although the lobby and the front entrance is welcoming, the rooms have old carpet that is overdue for a steam cleaning and proper wash. There are water spots on the counter of the bathroom, dirt stains on the floor and bathtub. For the price we ended up paying, I am sure there are very good boutique hotels that would offer comfort and great experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a bit out of the way but the view facing Tokyo bay was amazing and i loved it. Cleanliness like most Japanese hotels was on point and I did not have any issues. The room was smaller than I expected but big for Tokyo. I tried to check in earlier around 10-11 am since I took a red eye flight to Tokyo and could not sleep at all and was awake for 12-14 hours and I tried to convey this to the guy at the front desk but I don't think he understood. I told him that I did not care and just needed a room that I could check in early and he said that the earliest was 2 pm. I left the hotel and had to go to a capsule hotel to sleep and came back around 5 pm to check in. Before I left, I did tell him that I would need a higher floor room and being an IHG Gold member, I thought this was easily done especially now that I was not coming back until 4-5 pm. Well when I came back, i got one of the lower floors even though I told the lady checking me in that I would like to be on the 15th floor or higher. She just smiled and nodded and still gave me something on a lower floor. So miscommunication was definitely an issue. The last thing about this hotel was the gym. For having a lot of business travelers, this gym was horrendously bad, basically they just converted one of their rooms and put 2-3 treadmills in there and called it a gym. No one was using it because it was so bad and it was a waste of space.
