Was a lovely hotel in a great location. Staff was very friendly but room itself could’ve used a deeper clean. Wasn’t dirty, just wasn’t spotless.

The heater never really worked right so we were cold most of the time. The exhaust in the bathroom was running 24/7 and there was a few hairs in the shower (pretty gross). But dispite these things the staff was very friendly and the rom was well put together.

Valet parking can’t drive don’t waste your money
It was very bad , valet parking damaged my truck . I don’t know what to say . Worst stay ever. I paid damn near 40$ a night valet just to get my truck messed up. Covid got everything shut down

This is not worth the money nor your time. We paid for a premium suite and the room we got was neither. The room didn’t come with a fridge or microwave for the nightly price it was expected.

There was some miscommunication between the hotel and the crown plaza that had me standing in the lobby for hours to only end up driving over an hour back home because they could not figure out something to do with the payment between the hotel and third party (Hotels.com) After about 3 hours i did get my free night credited back to me but I was completely unprepared for that to occur. Its usually a real smooth process using the app i just wish it would have happened another time and not when i was so far from home with no means to secure a room otherwise.
