Well I paid with my debit card from my bank when I got here they would not take my card so that they wouldn't accept that type and it's in their policy but it is a bank card. I was very rude and made me feel unwelcome

They put me in a room next to exit door we’re I could hear everyone coming and going from hotel. And across the street was hotel for pets could hear dogs parking early mornings:(

Near airport with shuttle
Good place to stay near th airport with a shuttle. I only needed a place to sleep as I was busy all day. Met my needs.

A moldy room in San Antonio
The room appeared clean but it smelled like mold. Additionally, the room was always damp feeling and things are rarely damp in San Antonio. The toilet had a leaky flapper valve and ran non stop. Not sure why the cleaning service isn't picking up on that and letting maintenance know.

Good for what we paid
Everything was good except the carpet in the room was old and it did not look like even if you vacuumed it 24 hours straight you could get it cleaned. Found some m&m’s under chair in room. Room a/c worked very well and it looked like the restrooms had been updated. Remember pools and food are out of service. Damn Covid!

Friendly Front Desk; Disappointing Hotel Condition
Front desk employees were excellent. House keeping did not speak English, so when she knocked on our door about 10:00am we ask her to come back in 30 minutes. She never came back and when we arrived back to our room at 12:30am the room was as we left it. We called front desk for three towels and two face clothes. A very polite young man promptly arrived with our request in hand. The bathroom door would not close because the bottom hinge was not secured and the one screw in it was hanging loose. Because of COVID we were told at check-in that breakfast would not be served. The only snack machine was completely empty during our two day stay.
