Reception slow and surly. Room dark and insufficient lights, only a desk chair. Obvious attempts to modernize the decor ( on the cheap) but should have included the bathroom, and housekeeping turning off the dripping shower.

Front desk was pleasant, informative and inviting. The hotel was just what we needed. There wasn’t much involved but that’s why we stayed. We needed a clean and quiet place to rest. Perfect for the price.

Keep scrolling, wouldn't pay over 80 to stay here
Dont get too excited staying here. One word, outdated. You are better off staying at a different chain for half the price, was not on par for comparable room rates. Beds are old, pillows are trash, and the hotel itself looks like it was half ass updated. We paid 160, and could have stayed at a motel with similar amenities for cheaper. Enjoy your frozen apple juice and orange for breakfast.

Spring Break Stay
It was okay, but definitely not as nice as the pictures made it look. Breakfast on the go includes an orange, chewy granola bar, a cup of apple juice and small water bottle. There is no laundry service on site, unlike what it says on the website. But you can get ‘permission’ to go next door to Days Inn and hope you can use their one washer/dryer. It was okay for our two day layover, but I think we would stay elsewhere next time.

Great Customer Service
The person we had when we checked in and then the person we had in the evening were top notch. It's been a LONG time since my fiancé and I have had excellent customer service when we've gone somewhere. That alone made our stay that much more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We LOVED the inside pool and Jacuzzi. Overall was a fantastic stay.

Not as advertised
Room was not being cleaned. You would think that because of COVID-19 they would take specials care of cleaning. We had to ask 3x to have our bed made and clean the room, then on the 3rd day they finally had the bed made. No continental breakfast as advertised either. Only one person btw 3-11pm who had to run around taking care of the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance of the entire hotel. Very understaffed. For $180/night I would expect more.

One washcloth for a family of four!
Our room had one washcloth for a family for when we asked for more washcloths we were told there weren't any available, so we went to the store and bought our own washcloths. We were told we would have daily room service and our room wasn't serviced one time during our four nights stay. I asked the front desk two days in a row for room service, clean towels and our trash taken out and was assured it would be done and both days when we return to our room at night no service had been completed.
