Find somewhere else

Staff were lovely, but sadly that didn't make up for the terrible stay we had. the room we were given had a broken toilet which wouldn't flush. It was a busy point when I wen't to inform them of the broken toilet, there were lots of people checking in and it looks like they were struggling with the computer system not working so I had to wait almost 30 mins to tell them about the broken toilet. They sent maintenance people straight away, 2 men were working on the toilet when we left to go have dinner. When we came back there was no notice so we thought the issue had been resolved. sadly it hadn't. which made for an annoying morning. On top of that, you have to pay to use the Wifi and the shower was also leaking pretty badly.
