Overall, a pleasant stay. TV reception and mobile coverage in room was poor. $4 surcharge on top of slightly overpriced food delivered to your room which was not piping hot. Showerhead could desperately do with an upgrade. Staff were friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable just bathroom need updating as aged / cracked tiles make it look less clean. There were only 2 towels and I booked for 4 people. I called housekeeping to get 2 towels and only arrived a hour later after I follow up with another call. Not the service level I expected for a 4 stars hotel. Would be great if overnight parking can dropped to match online offer of car park operator.

Exceptional 10.0
good hotel recommended
It's a very good and enjoyable stay. All members of staff met and contacted were very polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant went extra mile by providing soup not on the menu on request because of toothache. The hotel is well located close to the mall and free ferry. Definitely will return when visiting Brisbane again.

We enjoyed our stay and the reception staff were extremely helpful. Extra cost for every little thing was annoying. Charging for a local phone call seems ridiculous. No wifi unless you pay for it not so good.
