The hotel needs some updating. Overall the accommodations were ok, but the carpets need deep cleaning. The furniture needs to be deep cleaned or replaced as well.
Air quality in the room were very poor as well as the a/c was major issue. Breakfast was also not good quality compared to other embassy suites been at.
Dirty carpet. Rip drapes and dated furniture. This place needs remodeling.
Its in a convenient location for me. Its quiet and close to dinning establishments.
The rooms are dated. The heaters don't automatically come on. You have to ask them to turn on the heater for you. The Keurig I. My room didn't work. I didn't bother to ask for a new one.
The first room they gave me had a clogged sink, no luggage rack and burned out lights. I asked for another room and they obliged. The second room we couldn’t get the heat to work, it was 25 degrees outside, so they sent the maintenance man who has to manually switch each room from AC to Heat! Who the heck designed that??? After an hour or so the room still didn’t heat up so they had the maintenance man deliver two space heaters. That helped but I didn’t feel safe with them running all night. There are also no USB ports to charge any modern day devices and because of recent surgery I have a temporary handicap card for my car. All the handicap spaces were covered with ice and I suggested to the front desk agent she have her maintenance department go remove the ice while it was still soft. When I checked out in the morning nothing had been done and the ice froze again making it slick and difficult to load my luggage and get in my car. In my opinion the hotel is run down, needs updates and better management who responds to their customers needs.
Passing through
Definitely a older property needs updating and one of the elevators wasn’t working,a long way to the car
The condition of the room was awful. The corners were dirty, the toilet paper holder was falling apart, the toilet seat was very loose, the toilet itself was very low, we had to take the lid off and fix it from spraying everywhere. There was no 2nd roll of paper, and the waste baskets were not lined. When we got in, the furniture was not put back in place and it was wet. The room seemed not ready for occupancy, needed remodeling, and the furniture was over-used, old, and uncomfortable. I will never stay ay an Embassy Suites again.
We stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom suite. We paid a lot for this suite. I was very disappointed that when we entered the room the air conditioning wasn’t running so we had to turn on both thermostats and wait for the room to cool down for a couple hours. Secondly, it was very humid in the room because EVERYTHING was WET! The carpeting and the couch and chair cushions were all wet to the point that if you sat down or walked in the room with only socks that your clothes would be wet. I’m assuming it’s the COVID disinfecting fog they spray. Very uncomfortable. Also when we walked in, first thing we saw was the curtain was completely tore up. We nicknamed it the murder curtain because it looked like some kind of crime had happened there. Breakfast was individually wrapped bagels, oranges and yogurt. No coffee. No maid service. Incredibly disappointing for $300 per night.
