Not our bag but it might be yours
Room was cold on arrival and heating did not appear to working. Informed reception and this problem was resolved. Room walls and ceiling were in finished in concrete, in other words unfinished. We questioned this at reception and we were informed, "it was the style". Not sure who thinks bare concrete is stylish, in my opinion it looked cheap and unattractive. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. I had lasagne and my wife had spaghetti carbonara. My lasagne looked liked a frozen offering from a value supermarket that had been over cooked. My wife's carbonara had very little sauce and she did not enjoy the meal. We complained and we were not charged for either dish.
