    The most amazing stay!

    We had an amazing stay! The hotel was everything we wanted and more. The staff is amazing! Shout out to Salvador from SAN Telmo restaurant and Stefany who welcomed us and continued to make our stay an enjoyable one! Big shout out to Carla who made sure we were doing well every time she saw us. The housekeeping staff and room service were excellent! We celebrated our daughter’s sweet sixteenth party and it was the best birthday dinner!

    Amazing escape for the whole family

    We had an amazing trip. We went for my daughters bday and they went above and beyond to celebrate her. Literally every night they brought out dessert and sang to her! They even decorated the hotel room! My mom is vegan so typically that makes dining difficult, but they made her a special meal every time we went to a restaurant. We were also amazed by the attention to Covid protocols. Our temps were taken every time we entered a new space and were required to sanitize. Masks were also strictly enforced. We will def be back

    Once Was Enough

    The room never fully got cold. The technician came twice to try and fix the AC but the room remained warm as other reviewers noted. Also, the hotel mainly has ocean view & garden rooms ( rooms with a view of the ocean, pool, restaurants) and only a handful of actual oceanfront rooms (I would say 24 actual oceanfront rooms). Oceanfront are rooms directly on the ocean with nothing in front of the room except for the beach/ocean. Your best bet is to book an ocean view; if you book an oceanfront they will give you an ocean view but you’re still paying oceanfront prices. Beware of the bait and switch! The food is decent but nothing memorable. Lunch consists of burgers, pizza, shrimp tacos. The food wasn’t great but we didn’t starve. Dinner was better in the restaurants. The food was more tasty. Room service menu is very limited and wine is an extra charge! This is not common at most all inclusive resorts. There is no beach service and most beach and pool chairs are reserved with towels or books by 7:40am. The water in front of this hotel is very rough and not safe, and this is year round. The water in front of hotels further south is much more calm about 10+ minutes by car or more the hotels there have calmer water. Most of the staff were nice; a few had attitudes. There are many hotels to chose from in Cancun and as seasoned travelers this hotel was more on par to a Holiday Inn type of hotel. If you’re use to 4-star and 5-star resorts this place isn’t for you.

    Exceptional Stay!

    Amazing stay! We really enjoyed our time at this wonderful resort! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a incredible view of the ocean! Room service was quick and the food hot and tasty. All the restaurants offered a good sized menu, outstanding wait staffs and delicious food! The resort was laid out where everything was easy and convenient to get to. Daniel and his entire staff went above and beyond in seeing to our needs. This by far was friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, from the front desk to the bellman and poolside employees, all were helpful! We will definitely return in the future and will recommend to all our friends!
