A disappointment
The only good thing about this hotel is the personnel – everyone was friendly. As for the drawbacks, the room was boisterous and cold because the windows did not fully close. I called the front desk, and they offered me earplugs! Can you imagine? Earplugs! The beds were tiny and old. In a word, the value did not match the price at all. We wanted to go to a jazz concert that takes place every Monday in the hotel. The security did not let us in because of my 6-year-old daughter. I have never seen anything like this before. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you travel with children.

Thanks for recovering lost item Carlos
Stay was great - big thanks to Carlos the Security Supervisor who helped retrieve a lost and favourite jacket that i left in the wardrobe in the room when leaving. He packed it up and walked it to the FedEx office and has since been delivered to me back in Australia
