Good
For the young and hip
Too young and hip for this old business traveler.

Exceptional
Perfect location. Cool interior design and vibe. Nice restaurant and funky “playroom” with a pool table and other fun games. Nice, attentive staff. The only downside: the bed was way too hard.

Poor
Denied Cancellation by Heartless Manager
I booked this hotel for one night. When I ended up in Intensive Care in Mexico due to internal hemorrhaging, my husband contacted hotels.com to cancel the reservation. He sent them a letter from our doctor. With no response, we phoned hotels.com and were told that they required permission from the hotel. Unsure whether the issue was with hotels.com or Hotel Zeppelin, we phoned the the hotel. Conversation with the manager was brief and unpleasant and made it clear that hotels.com was not the problem here, but simply heartless management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

misrepresentation
They posted that they had a bath tub and I stayed in the most expensive room and they had no bathtub.

Good
Don’t stay here. Broken promises of EV charging.
Pros: The front desk staff are very friendly and hospitable. Game room downstairs. Cons: Everything else. I called the hotel ahead of time to confirm that there will be EV charging. They said yes and it would be through valet. I was disappointed that there was no dedicated valet area and was told that my car would be parked off site. Additionally my car was not charged after staying 3 days at the hotel. I drove up from Los Angeles and had to adjust plans because of this. So I basically paid $50 a night for valet for an unsecured parking spot with no charging. The bathroom had a very strange odor and window view was that of a parking garage.
