The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a real nice view. The morning breakfast was incredible. There were lots of different options. The breakfast staff was very friendly. They took service to another level.

Great location! Central to everything. In the of shopping, many restaurants as all the attractions. Easy access to meeting places for all tours. Rooms were small, but clean and had everything we needed. Great staff.

Some great parts some poor parts
Hotel was pretty much clean and new. Only one member of staff on shift when we were there which was on hotel reception thus no one on the bar which was on a different floor so we found it not easily accessible to have a drink. Pretty sure the booking we booked included breakfast but the guy on reception said otherwise and suggested that we would have to pay. We were charged extra tax although hotels.com said the price includes tax etc. Staff were okay but quite ‘straight faced’ and found it difficult to tell us about the local area (I.e suggest some place to go eat/drink). According to staff hotel was new which is probably why we had these difficulties.
