Tenacious Personel
Nikki was amazing at my check in on 5/31/2023. I needed to add an additional night and she worked with the 3rd party I booked with and also talked with other individuals that were her senior. All in all I received my additional night after my daughter scheduled and Nikki adjusted my stay to keep me in the same room. I really appreciated her working to get my request.

The front desk clerk was much friendlier to our dog than to us. We had two kids with us and it would have been nice for her to invite them to enjoy the fresh cookies and popcorn that were available since she looked at us a little suspiciously when we just helped ourselves. Otherwise we appreciated the pet friendliness of the space. It’s no frills and quite cramped but did the job for a place to sleep comfortably.

Looks can be deceiving
Just a bad experience overall. I'm not sure how others have rated this hotel so high. The beds were rock hard. The shower was hot then cold. No bar soaps for the sink, had to use the liquid body wash from the shower if you wanted to wash your hands. The hotel in general smelled like dog. The breakfast was really bad. The potatoes weren't cooked all the way. The juices were colored water, and the sausage wasn't even breakfast sausage. I guess I should have read more into the price of the room than the brand of the hotel.
