Terrible stay and treatment
There was obviously construction going on at the hotel which any patron understands. However when you were awaken in the morning with loud banging and sawing (which I actually recorded) without any foreknowledge, but this is going to take place it’s quite disconcerting. Then when you bring it to the attention of the front desk attendant and the response is “oh well“ then that leaves a very bad taste in your mouth regarding this hotel, which will never see my business again. Also to be told that you can take advantage of a late check out only to be charged for another day only adds fuel to the fire.

I was totally surprised at how dirty the bathroom was! They do not clean rooms everyday, nor do they empty your trash and leave clean towels. The hotel was under construction, so somethings they would have no control over, however there was lots they could have. Staff was super nice! Outside was definitely sketchy! Thank you

I would have preferred easier access from the parking lot to the entrance of the hotel. I stepped over the curbs and across the grass to get to the entrance. Otherwise I would have needed to pull my luggage the long way around over unsmooth parking area.

Excellent stay, great price!
My stay was perfect! The shuttle service is so convenient and the front desk staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! I loved the little egg bowls and the sausage sandwiches. I bookmarked this page so I can find you all again next time I’m in Kansas City!

Are you kidding me!
Unbelievable! I wake up and need to do some work in my room, but I can’t because of all of this loud scrapping going on in the room above mine. Are you kidding me! Couldn’t they be working in room elsewhere in the hotel that are unoccupied. I will not be able to do what I need to do because of this constant noise. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I even recording it to send to the Hilton people. Unbelievable!
