Good hotel
Good, inexpensive hotel in a convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Would be nice to have a bit more food variety for breakfast - cooked breakfast food was unidentifiable-looking, other than sausages and boiled eggs.

Great hotel
Room was very clean, had all the amenities needed for my stay. The bathroom was a good size and had a good shower, comfy twin room with space. Breakfast was decent and had variety. Metro is about a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel but takes you straight to the main areas (Taksim, Grand bazaar etc) in 15 minutes which was excellent, staff are very helpful and nothing is too much. Had no time to use the spa. I would recommend this hotel, I would stop here again

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I was there for 10 days and the staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room - was comfortable with good accommodations Breakfast - was delicious with multiple options, they switch some options depending on the days. Cleaning - always available switch on the Green button for clean or tidy room or Red button for DND (Do not Disturb). Spa and fitness - located on the last (Basement) floor didn't get to try massages hopefully next time! Location - 15 min walk to Osmanbey metro station! I loved the location of the hotel because it was so close to the metro station which was one stop away from Taksim square and the Cevahir Mall in Sisli. Food - You can order using the room service menu and also delivery in another option. There are a lot of restaurants and fast food spots in walking distance (Papa Johns, Pizza hut and Turkish restaurants too Ciragan, Merih Cafe, Çiragan, and Avocado bar) My experience at the hotel was amazing, I truly enjoyed my stay and hopefully will be back in the near future.
