A really great experience. Great roof top bedroom. Comfy beds.

8/10 Very good

Hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants literally outside and the tower a 2 minute walk away. The hotel was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was also good. The hotel is a little dated but that doesn’t take away the general feel and ambience of the property. We would return without hesitation.

This is a great hotel if you're visiting Pisa for a short time and you want to be close to the tower. It is on a busy street full of restaurants and bars so plenty of options and 2 mins walk to the Tower. The room was a little out dated but had everything you needed. The breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options so you could fill up before a day exploring Pisa. The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar, it has an amazing view of the Leaning Tower and the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail in the evening sunshine.

Nice hotel in the main street, 2 minutes from the tower. nice bar on top floor with good view. The staff was friendly and helpful

I’d describe the hotel as “no frills”, but in fairness you get what you pay for. Breakfast is also basic too- not even a toaster. Pastries are plentiful so if you’re sweet toothed - fill your boots. The location for the tower and duomo however could not be better. Staff are polite and helpful and the rooftop bar is lovely for an evening sundowner and are not pricey for where you are.

Great location for the Leaning Tower and Duomo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Helpful staff on the front desk. Rooftop bar great with excellent views of town, Leaning Tower and sunset though service a little slow. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Room clean and spacious though not luxurious, one of the sockets and a bedside light didn’t work but otherwise good. Hence 4 stars not 5. Would recommend.

10/10 Exceptional

Apple Maps lead me to a 30 minute parking area to unload luggage and take a 3 minute walk to hotel. I did not remember that minor detail when I booked, but oh my gosh it was so worth it as it is 2 minute walk from the Grand Hotel to the leaning tower!! I did remember that, which was why I picked it. Front desk was so accommodating printing pages for US Consulate in Milan! They were so helpful and concerned as my wife needed pages printed for emergency passport services in Milan the next day. What a FABULOUS view from the hotel roof top restaurant! It was a very nice meal as well!

A perfect location for visiting Pisa with a view of 'the tower' from the room window. An excellent restaurant at the top of the hotel, with a panoramic view of Pisa.

Very close to Leaning Tower of Pisa. Welcoming staff and comfortable room. Good night's sleep and well appointed bathroom. Excellent breakfast with good variety.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Tower etc and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is somewhat dated in its appearance but it’s clean, well managed and good for short stays. The breakfast room is screened off when not in use so finding it was a bit of a challenge! There was a nice selection of food and the service was good.
