    False, misleading advertisement

My stay was great, customer service on the premises was great, the lady was friendly & very kind. What I’m upset with (very upset), hotels.com is advertising falsely & that upset me very bad. Hotels.com made me believe I was getting exactly what I was asking for & that was a private jacuzzi/hot tub in my room but that was completely false. Hotels.com is obviously taking comfort inns suite room & using it as advertisement showing there is a hot in the particular room I booked & that’s completely false, it also stated that there was a hot tub in the room I was actually wanting to book, again COMPLETELY FALSE!! Also another thing hotels.com did was made me believe I was actually getting what I was paying for (the hot tub). I feel like I was over charged for the room I booked because there is no way I would not had paid the price I paid had I known there was no hot tub in my room that I was looking so forward to relaxing in after a long day!!! I was way over charged for the standard room I paid for when I thought I was paying the price for an upgrade from the standard room but nope just paid way too much for something I thought I was getting but didn’t get!!! I will be getting in touch with comfort myself to see what I could have paid for the (STANDARD) room had I just went through comfort instead of going through an untrustworthy, misleading, dishonest 3rd party company. I honestly feel like the right thing for hotels.com to do would be to at least partially reimburse my funds

I’ve had worse, I’ve had better

The rooms are definitely much older. You can hear the people in the next room very clearly and the people walking around upstairs very loudly. The bathtub would not drain and weirdly enough there was not a table in there to put extra toiletries or set your clothing. Which wasn’t a big deal in and of itself; it just would’ve been nice. The front desk staff was phenomenal very friendly and helpful. In our reservation we were told we would receive a jetted tub and did not. All-in-all though, not a bad stay.

    Ski Weekend

Due to Covid, there was no breakfast service and the jacuzzi was closed. We stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, the sliding doors broke and oir toilet stopped working so it had to be repaired. Otherwise, the time we spent at the property was enjoyable. Check in was easy, heated pool was fun for the kids after a day of skiing, and the room seemed clean.

We didn’t get the room we thought we booked. There was holes in one of the doors which looked like someone punched it twice and they patched it up. The cleaning people in the morning put the latch on one of the doors so it slammed every time they went In and out. We had a jetted bathtub with no stopper. Went to the front desk to ask for one and they couldn’t find one in the whole facility. The night time desk guy was super creepy weird.

    Disappointed at best

Upon check in, the first room they gave us was never cleaned after the last guests checked out. Beds unmade and trash on the floor. When I went back to the front desk, the clerk was very apologetic. The next room we were put in was clean, however, a nursing home had taken up temporary residency at the hotel. The room we were put in was only one of two on the floor that was not occupied by nursing home residents. The halls had a distinct odor. Not to mention, at any given time 3 to 5 of the nursing home residents would stand at the front doors smoking and blowing it inside. My kids were very upset about this. I feel the clerk should have informed us about this before putting us in the room. Sadly, we have stayed here numerous times and this most likely will be the last.
