Great hotel
We liked the location. Hotel is nice and cozy, plus a gift of free wine bottle as a token of our stay. We had food, shopping, and sites within walking distance to see around our area. Muni transportation was easy to get to when we ventured further to different parts of the city. The cable cars were also just outside the hotel if we wanted to ride those. We Ubered when necessary too. Overall great stay.

Great place to stay in SF!
The staff was very friendly and informative about the area around the hotel. We chose not to have housekeeping service during our stay and we appreciated that privacy. The housekeeping staff did take our trash which we were thankful for. Overall we felt like we were in a great location, very safe, and the room was clean and very comfortable. We even received a gift bag when we checked in with wine, waters, and snacks. Such a fun surprise!
