The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor hot spring. Soaking in the warm water while feeling the crisp winter air and watching the snow fall from the sky was exactly the experience I had dreamed of—a truly memorable moment. However, my experience at the hotel’s restaurant was quite different. While the quality of the meat was excellent, the pricing felt unreasonable. It was a BBQ menu, yet they charged an additional 'table fee' per person. Whether this is a local custom or a specific business practice, I found it hard to understand why I had to pay extra just for a table to eat the food I ordered. It was not a pleasant experience.

公共交通機関を利用して定山渓まで行ったが定山渓はタクシーもなかなか走っておらず宿泊施設までの送迎バスも乗れず行きは何とかたどり着いたが帰りも歩くことになり道南バスの停留所まで遠すぎてバスに乗れなかった。 もう２度と行かない。

部屋のトイレの便座の蓋が汚かった。 チェックイン時間が16時と遅くロビーで３０分程度時間を潰した。部屋に入れなくてもせめてお風呂だけでも入れるように改善を望みます。ここのホテルだけでなく翠山亭チェーン全般に言えるが、白米を朝だけ炊いているのか、朝食のご飯は美味しいが、夕食のご飯ははっきり言って美味くない…お酒がリーズナブルなのは良かった
